How to see if you have a 32 bit or a 64 bit operating system

To see what version of Windows you have: Right Click your “My Computer” icon and choose properties.

On Windows 7 or Vista:

On Windows XP:
If it doesn’t say 64bit, you are using 32 bit as shown below:
