Returns & Refunds Policy
- While we
encourage you to download the trial versions
of our software available from our website
and to choose your purchases carefully, AVG
South Africa endeavours to remove all risk
from your purchasing decision.
- For AVG
products, we provide a 30-day money back
guarantee. These cooling-off periods are
designed to ensure that you are happy with
your purchase of AVG software and to remove
any risk from your purchase.
- Beyond these
cooling-off periods, AVG will not normally
give refunds if you change your mind.
However, where the goods delivered by us are
faulty, wrongly described, or different from
the sample shown to you, AVG will, at your
choice, either refund your money or replace
the goods.
- To claim a
refund or replacement as described above,
you must provide evidence that the product
is faulty to AVG along with proof of
purchase.
- AVG will
process your request within two working days
of receipt of the faulty product and proof
of purchase.
- Where a
refund or replacement is affected by AVG,
licence codes delivered to you will be
destroyed and rendered inoperable.
